$20 non-member; $15 for members

Join Slow Food St. Louis and Larder & Cupboard at Companion’s new, state of the art baking facility for a glimpse of how they accomplish an artisanal product using modern technology.

Owner Josh Allen will lead guests on a tour of the production facility where guests will get to see the Companion bakers actively making Bavarian style pretzels. After the tour, join us in the Companion Teaching Kitchen for samples of fresh baked pretzels paired with a variety of mustard from Larder & Cupboard. Each guest will leave with a Companion goody bag filled with samples, recipes and coupons. Larder & Cupboard will share a sampling of local forager Ryan Maher’s Missouri Wild Edibles mustard.

We do ask that all guests wear closed toe shoes and sleeved shirts (no sandals or tank tops). Guests not in proper attire will not be able to join in on the facility tour.
