Bolyard’s Meats and Provision is hosting a Burger Battle with two of St. Louis’s renowned chefs who will face off at this Slow Food St. Louis Fundraiser. Come watch Justin McMillan of Balkan Treat Box and Jon Todd of Fat Fox as they do their magic to prepare the best-tasting burger for you. You will get a slider from each chef as well as tallow fires and 2 beverage tickets. You decide the winner by voting for your favorite burger.
While you are soaking in the heat of the battle you can sip a favorite beverage provided by Perennial Artisan Ales and listen to live music.
