Steve McGehee, Vice President of Slow Food St. Louis demonstrates how to brew a pour-over cup of coffee. Making a pour-over coffee maximizes the flavor of the cup. You will be able to sample the coffees made.

Registration required. Registration opens up 30 days out from the event and can be found on the St. Louis County Library website.
