Come join us for a report from the recent Slow Food Nations event in Denver and an update on what’s happening with the National and International organization. Bring a dish to pass — with a focus on Slow Food values, of course! — and come prepared for a rapid-fire brain dump of what’s happening in the world of Slow Food. From Meatless Mondays to Climate Victory Gardens, to reducing food waste in restaurants, we’ll cover it all. We will also time for a round-table discussion about what’s coming up for Slow Food STL.
