Join Slow Food St. Louis and Living Waters Ranch near High Ridge Missouri for an American Guinea Hog Roast and Pot Luck. Living Waters Ranch raises American Guinea Hogs, a Slow Food Ark of Taste Heritage Breed. They also raise Brown Swiss and Milking Shorthorn cows for milk and yogurt and have a large flock of free-ranging laying chickens. Nestled in the foothills of the Northern Ozarks, this farm features kid-friendly llamas to pet and old barns to explore.

All are welcome to the Pig Roast/Pot Luck and the cost is $10 per person. Everyone is invited to bring a side dish to share. Plates and the cutlery will be provided. There is ample parking and indoor/outdoor toilets. In case of rain, we will use one of the barns. The children will be roasting the hog all morning and will be ready to serve around 1 PM. Local wine and beer will be available for purchase at the gate.
