We are very excited to have Terry Winkelmann, founder of The Sustainable Backyard Tour and Jeff Harris and Corey Gunnell, founders of Pop Up Prairie, speaking at our April Convivial Pursuit.
Terry will be discussing the 2019 SUSTAINABLE BACKYARD TOUR! coming up and how to participate in the 2020 tour if you are interested in showcasing your yard. Plus she and a few other experts will provide tips on how to make your yard more sustainable.
Jeff, Urban Resource Manager, and Corey, President of Pop Up Prairie, will be discussing the importance of the urban landscape in the harsh reality of pollinator decline. He will inspire you to rethink your green space and how you can personally affect the health and biodiversity of your city in your own backyard by simply getting native grasses and wildflowers in the ground!
