Have you always wanted to make your own soft cheese? Learn how in this one hour class. You will need to purchase the following items ahead of time if you would like to make cheese at home during the class:
1/2 gallon of whole milk (not ultra pasteurized)
1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar (raw is best)
Salt
cheesecloth for straining cheese
a pot for cooking
a bowl and a pair of chopsticks for straining cheese
